Purchase

The price of all our products is tax-inclusive.

Valid price, barring printing errors.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or directly into our account, or by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal.

If, after paying the deposit to reserve the item, you wish to cancel the order, Libremol Jewellery will retain 20% of the final value of the product as a cancellation fee, and give you back the difference outstanding from the amount handed over as a deposit.

Once we have received the money, we will proceed immediately to dispatch the order.

Libremol Jewellery issues a warranty in writing that every item we sell is genuine and original. In jewellery ítems and subject to request by the purchaser, a gemological certificate can be made out for the item. We are gemologists specialised in diamonds, with credentials gained at the Autonomous University of Madrid Spain

The purchase of each of our product items is endorsed by a document that guarantees a legitimate provenance, and when the sale takes place, an invoice is handed over that guarantees the new owner’s ownership of the item.

Dispatches/Shipments

The SEUR 24h-delivery service is used for dispatches within Peninsular Spain.

The FEDEX 48h-delivery service is used for shipments to the European Community. For shipments to other countries, we will send you an email letting you know how long it will take for your item to be delivered.

In any event, customers will be kept informed of the state of their dispatch/shipment and be provided with the item tracking number and the name of the delivery company in the destination country.

The shipping costs are calculated by our shipping companies. For national dispatches we use SEUR (www.seur.com) and for international shipments, FEDEX (www.fedex.com)..

All items have insurance cover for the total cost of the item in the event of loss of the goods, in which case the customer has no liability and will therefore be reimbursed the full amount that he/she has paid.

Customers are liable for the customs duties and taxes for items with destinations outside the European Community..

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the item received does not coincide with the description that appears on our web site in a maximum period of 15 days from the purchase date. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the item.

If the description of the condition the item is NEW, it means that it has never been used.

If the description of the condition of the item is VERY GOOD, it means that it has been used, i.e. that it has some signs of use but is in excellent condition.

Warranty

All our items have their authenticity certificate.

Second-hand watches have one year’s warranty at Libremol Jewellery.

Brand new watches are handed over with the two-year warranty of the manufacturer, the latter being answerable in any case for possible faults or defects in the products supplied, as well as for the possible consequences thereof.

The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in the warranties of the manufacturers of the products that are purchased.

The warranty applies as long as the product has been used under the normal terms and conditions of use set by the manufacturers..

The warranty does not cover accidental damages, or damages that are the result of inappropriate use, any handling by non-authorised third parties or the modification or replacement of non-original parts or components.

The decision on whether there has been misuse or an accident lies with Librermol Jewellery.

The charge for dispatches and shipments and the insurance for watches in warranty is borne by the purchaser.

Once the warranty period has ended, you can still resort to us to keep or repair your watch.
